Living in Paris has completely changed my relationship with food. My horizons have been broadened, my pallet expanded, and most importantly, the way I think about food has opened my mind. Plus, tasting all of the delicious and fresh cuisines is so enjoyable and really brings a new joie de vivre to my life in ways that I would not have expected prior to living in France 6 months out of the year.
